Unable to Sign In to Old Forum to Generate Plugin ID

Hi,
I'd like to generate a new Plugin ID using:
https://developers.maxon.net/forum/pidWhile I have a working username/password for the new forum, the same credentials don't work for the old plugincafe forum.
If I click on "reset password" the login page simply refreshes and I never receive a reset password email.
If I attempt to register a new account, it tells me my email is taken (expected).
Any suggestions?

Hey @d_keith,
you should be able to log into the old forum with your new credentials when it has been a migrated account and you have not changed your password since then. Which according to your join date should be the case. The reason the password reset did not work, was because I disabled it. I have now re-enabled it.
According to NodeBB, you were last online on plugincafe.maxon.net on April the 11th, 2025, 22:45. I do not see a password reset on developers.maxon.net at the same time. I have manually reset your plugincafe account in addition to that.
