INCLUDE user-defined res files

I'm creating a set of plugins with many identical description elements.
I want to create a separate res file and then import its data to another file.

for example, when I want to include spline properties to my description then I'm using this code
INCLUDE Ospline;

Is it possible to use this code for importing my own data which is placed in the same description folder?

I'm such an idiot Seems like the same code can be applied to user-defined descriptions.
