      I want to store some data for a tool plugin with objects. The object container would be perfect for this.

      I think we are allowed to use our plugin ID as container id where we put data. Can you confirm?

      e.g. BaseContainer bc = FillContainerWithMyStuff();
      obj->GetDataInstance()->SetContainer(MY_PLUGIN_ID, bc);

      I tried to use a tag but it is not as cool because it creates a warning and unknown tag symbols when the scene file is read without the plugin.

      P.S. I have no control over the object. It should work with any object type.
