Does anyone know how I can make the Net Render Client start on startup? I know how to start it up upon login, but not startup. I use OS X.

        Tony,
It is easy but kind of hidden. Go into your system prefs - select accounts - there you will find a tab for startup items, just put the clientin there, works great.

Yeah, that works on login, but not on startup. I need it to be on no matter who logs in. All the time.

As far as I know it is not possible to start the client at startup. But if you are the system administrator you can define the client application as a startup-icon for every user...

Thank you Tobi. It looks like it needs to be compiled differently, so it can go into the startup items folder. It sure would be nice if Maxon would do this! Just think of the possibilities.
