THE POST BELOW IS MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD. RELATED SUPPORT INFORMATION MIGHT BE OUTDATED OR DEPRECATED

It was mentioned in a previous thread that the XPresso documentation isn't out yet, and writing XPresso nodes is not currently supported (although I've found a sample of one here). Does anyone know when these things will be made public?

There is no date set (afaik). The reason it is not support (yet) is because XPresso (internally and the SDK) has changed (will be in the next update of R8 afaik), so if you start writing unsupported nodes now, you might have to rewrite sections when the update comes out.
Information and docs for this part of the SDK (XPresso and TP) will become available later this year, I don't know if anyone can give any better date than that, and probably couldn't do anyway. The only reason there were some "examples" on here are because certain parties were pushing us to give access to XPresso before it was ready.

Thanks, David. I can wait until Maxon is ready - I just wanted to be sure I hadn't missed something that was newly available.

don't worry, nothing missed 😉 even I don't know how to do XPresso nodes yet 🐵 they're working hard at it, I'm sure _<_hope_>_ it won't be long 🙂
