Can a tag have a draggable handle?

I think you could develop a SceneHookData to do the Input and Drawing stuff:
- In MouseInput() check for the Handle move
- In Draw() display the Handle with bd.DrawHandle()
- BTW Only do this if the active tag is your custom tagFor inspiration look at this
