Is it possible to create a plugin that adds a new command to a sub-menu that is accessed by right clicking on an interface element?
      Let me more specific:

When I right click on the P.X ou P.Y or P.Z parameter in the Coords tab of the attributes of an object, I get a menu with some submenus.
Is it possible to create a plugin that will add a command to that menu or sub-menus of that menu?

I'm afraid it's not possible to create such a plugin. The right-lick menu for parameters in the Attribute Manager cannot be changed.
