can anyone think of a way to restrict and object so it can only receive shadows from other elements in the scene, not from itself? I want, say and landscape, to be able to receive shadows from other objects in the scene, but I don't want it to cast shadows on itself. Possible?

A little clarification..The object needs to cast shadows and receive shadows, but just not receive the shadows that it casts... Clear as mud?
