I'm working on a project that will require a contractor to be hired for about a week. But finding them is going to be difficult as I'm not familiar with the developer language with C4D scripting. That being said, this is what we are looking for and I hope to find someone right for the position.

Maxon Cinema 4D Scripting Expert Needed - Contractor

A collection of lights present in the C4D model must be updated approximately once per 50ms. The color of each light during each 50ms frame is contained in an external data file. The data file is essentially a list of frames each containing a list of colors, one RGB color value for each light. We envision that the scripts to be written would read the data file and from that data construct an animation within C4D that drives a mapped set of lights. (other valid approaches are welcomed).

This contractor will be flown to Reno, NV for one week to work onsite with our engineers / Cinema 4D artist to decode and encode the light sequence information into a Cinema 4D scrip C++, Python, COFFEE or Melange. We have no preference as to what script you prefer to work in. Our onsite engineers will help you understand the code being generated from our internal program.
