Also could it have the additional ability to transfer the objects current position in space relative to it's parent to it's new relative position under a new parent. i.e. if the object changes it's parent and it's not set at 0,0,0 in world space it shouldn't jump, instead the new parent when it moves should just affect the objects position/scale/size relative to how it is currently... this would make life much easier, as for instance the old one of transfering an object between hands would simply be a case of starting off by moving the object to the first hand, making usre it inherits the transforms form that hand, animating the hand throwing the object, at the point where the object is let go of, the tag is switched off, or set to no goal object, then it's manually keyframed, or uses some dynamics simulation or expression to get to teh other hand, as soon as the object is grabbed by that hand the tag is switched back on and the inheritance is set to that hand, the object positon relative taken into account and no sudden jumps (as i find the dynamic parent seems to produce).
Ideally I'd like to see the Transfer tag plugin brought back for V8, being Attributes Manager friendly, and not causing V8 to quit badly (as i believe this could do most of this in v7). And also have an added option to move as relative to the parent (i.e. the option to allow rotations happen around the parents axis as if the object were parented to the other object rather than just getting the matrix transfered to it).
