THE POST BELOW IS MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD. RELATED SUPPORT INFORMATION MIGHT BE OUTDATED OR DEPRECATED

I had been using cinema 4d go and I went to using blender, now I'm coming back to c4d and I was wondering if someone might be able to help me figure out how to make a plugin work.
There is a plugin for blender that lets you bring in terragen terrains and the plugin creates the terrain and water plain in blender, as well as putting the camera in the correct location and it adds lights in the correct spot for the sun. You can also animate your camera in blender and use a plugin that takes the blender camer information and creates a terragen camera script. That way you can render out each of your images in terragen, then put those in the background buffer in blender so when you render out your animations it will put the right picture in the right frame. This way you can do some cool 2 1/2 D stuff with your terrains.
Since I'm going to start using cinema 4d again I'd like to convert that script somehow so I can have the same tool to use in cinema 4d. Problem is I don't know anything about writting scripts or plugins. Is there anyone here that might be able to help me with this?
      Thanks,
      Chris
