Plugin Cinema 4d R16 to After Effects CS6

I have the Adobe After Effects CS6 and i didn´t see the right plugin, how could i get (if exists) this plugin ?So it´s Cinema 4d R16 to AE CS6 connection.
Any help ???

You should have a folder called "Exchange Plugins" inside your R16 folder. The AE plugin should be there.Cheers
