I have a group defined in my Description res file with simply columns set to 3.

What i am then doing is inserting six different bitmapbuttons with custom icon images inside my objectdata`s GetDDescription() override..

These work great and appear in 3 columns as specified, so 3 icons in one row and the other three shunted down to the next row..

The issue is that id like to space these out instead of them being shoulder to shoulder inside the AM.  Ive tried using the Border and Space flags inside my groups description but these only seem to work with GeDialog and not inside the AM..

Is my only other option to simply make my bitmaps bigger with a visual border around them that matches the c4d background colour or uses alpha?  Or use blank spacer bitmaps like old html days?  Or is there a way to space things out in the description res file?

      Thanks for any information.

you may use 5 columns to use empty STATIC_TEXTs between the icons.

          Hi Eclectrik,

I was wondering if you solved your issue with spacing elements out?

          Thanks,

              Hi Eclectrik,
can you please post at least section of your resource file. I'd prefer at least a branch starting with the topmost group down to the group with your three columns.
I'm not promising, we will get this done, without extra columns, but I know, I was puzzling with this years ago and would like to look at it.
