Installation Plug-In

I'm fairly new to Cinema and I need your help.
When I download a plug-in I normally copy and paste the folder in the plug-in folder and it's all good, but today I found this website (here) and this gent has made available dozens of great plug-ins that I want to try out, but I have no idea how to install them. In fact when you click on the download another page opens up with a .txt file.
Can someone guide me through this?

These are COFFEE plugins, just save the download (don't click it, save it somewhere - usually right-click, Save as or something). Then just copy the files into the plugins folder.
