The old forum is still available for searches. Go to the Developers Center page and look at the bottom right hand corner in the "Links" box. You should see a button called forum, with several links underneath.
The link that says "Search (Archived) Forum" is what you are looking for. The old forum has been disabled to prevent posting. -
