Missing of mouse

Hello
My friend and i catch such bug:
1. Before open file (file link http://rghost.net/40181321 ), all works(left mouse can handle nodes and etc.)
2. Something wrong with c4d-file, so after opening, change workflow of c4d. Left button of mouse does not select node, it's like pan tool...something broke(i can't really to describe it, memory leaks?!)
3. Removing of user prefs, moving of conflicting plug-ins are useles. Only helpful method is restarting of machine/pc.I pointed at failure of c4d-file which broke workflow of mouse for c4d and i'm searching how to prevent it.

Thanks for reply. When i posted it, i thought that maybe somebody from current public of this forum had it instead of any cg-related forums(more them of have not dev.minds) or support(they will ask me add more reproducible sample, i have not it)anyway, only need restart machine.
