      Hi,

it's now been several years since the license server was introduced and I wonder when the serial number hook will support/allow floating licenses (so getting information about how many licenses are active in the LS environment or similar)?

I don't fully understand why this is still not possible as it's been an issue for soooo long and it's certainly a scaring argument for customers that they need to buy as many licenses as available seats.

So, my question, when will this finally be fixed? Is there ANY chance this will get fixed or is it better to not presume and rather adding this via own network functionality?

      Thanks

          Hi Samir,

I'm sorry ,nothing has changed regarding this issue. MAXON is aware of the problem but there is no time frame yet for a solution.

          cheers,
          Matthias
