Hi Yannik, Matthias,is there a point velocity tag somewhere where I can add velocities accordingly myself (i.e. for MotionBlur).

Is there no such tag or why is it so hard to answer? The MAXON support told a user of mine a plugin could provide point velocities so I wonder where and how.

There is no such tag. The user or the support were probably refering to Realflow's point verlocities.

Oh ok, so there is no way to provide the MB of C4D with velocities? Or why would the support refer to Realflows point velocities (coz the user and the support were explicitly talking about Effex)?
Thanks again both

It's currently not possible to provide Cinema's motion blur with your own velocities. Afaik what Realflow is doing is to write out point velocities that can be used in compositing.
