      Howdy,

I have a customer who has an issue with plugin serial numbers and logging in on a mobil account.

      Here is the email:

I'm having an issue with the installation.
When I login as a local user, with admin rights, I put in the serial #
and it sticks. I can run it no problem.
Then I logout, login as with a mobile account (authenticated to a
      Windows domain), it won't work.

It's an account that is created when a person first logs onto a Mac that
is set to authenticate to a Windows domain. The account does not have
      admin rights.
It sounds like this will not work for us. All of our Macs here
authenticate to our domain and the users do not have local accounts.

Any idea how to fix this issue?

      Adios,
      Cactus Dan

Yes, the Mac is a mobile account logging into the Windows domain, according to the customer. I'm really not familiar with networking, so it's all Greek to me. 😠

Me too. I will try to get an answer for this.
