"Emty" PyTag need all res?

As it is right now I will only use Userdata on my tags.
When I try to delete them I get error at start up.

All my res files are blanket and it works when they are there
even if they don't add anything! (Except the icon of coarse)

The res-files shouldn't be blanket. Just create a dummy ressource.
