So on another forum a talented character rigger for Maxon ( I'm not naming any names) posted a great character rig to learn from for C4Dr11.5.

It is such a great rig for test animations that I just can't justify getting rid of my r11.5 installation even though r12 is so much better....my problem is that when I try to open the r11.5 file in r12 there are tons of deformations in the rig that make it completely useless.

So here is my question to this forum, has anyone developed (or started to develop) a python script you can run, in r12, to transfer a character rig made in r11.5?

I know this is a VERY vague question, I'm just trying to gauge if anyone has started a project like this and if you have maybe I can help.

I have a feeling that this may be my next python scripting tutorial.
      Thanks Everyone
