VStudio question

This may seem like a strange question but it has been driving me crazy for the last hour so I figured I see if anyone here knew the answer.   I accidentally hit a button somewhere and now my Visual Studio code editor is showing formatting marks all over.   I am seeing little blue dots for every space and little blue arrows for every tab.   Does anyone know how to turn this off?
