Anyone have any code or links to code on how to read a text file which may contain UTF-8 encoded (no BOM) text?

I have found one possible code at ExpertsExchange but will need to test it. Problem is that the usual response for C++ is 'iostream' with 'codecvt_facet' (blah, blah). I'm using BaseFile with ReadByte() to read the file line by line. So these standard library alternatives aren't going to work. And I don't want to deal with any system implementation differences.

      Thanks,
