Any genetrator removes MoGraph colors

 Make Cloner Object that multiplies for example cubes, and gives them random color (via Random effector). Render this scene - each cube has random color. If you then make Cloner Object child of any generator (plugin generator or for example HyperNURBS) and render scene - random colors disapears.
 Doesnt matter, how you use random color - as object color or via Color Shader.
 I found that information about objects' colors disapears after GetVirtualObjest function return thier objects. Somewhere inside cinema4d.
