I called 3D connexion but they dont know why its not working. There is the Personal Edition & Standard Edition but it does not matter what edition you have because all the plugin does is mimic the keyboard shortcuts. He told me to contact Maxon. I told him to contact them and make it work.

This is for Cinema4D 10.5. In older version it was under the Plugins menu I think. You have to keep the dialog open.
