THE POST BELOW IS MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD. RELATED SUPPORT INFORMATION MIGHT BE OUTDATED OR DEPRECATED

      Hi,

Does anyone know what happened to all of the old plugins that used to be on Plugin Cafe ? Although the plugin search function has been difficult, if not impossible, to find on Plugin Cafe for some time, we were able to link directly to the plugins and people were able to download them.

E.g. you could get to Baker via:
      [URL-REMOVED]

Now the download_browse.asp page looks like it has been yanked.

Are the plugins no longer available from Maxon ?

Although many are for old versions of C4D, there is still a large community of people who want/need the old plugins. I get a ton of eMails whenever one of the links to an old version stops working.

Does anyone know what became of the Plugin Cafe downloads ? I would be happy to host the files on C4DPlugs.com if I could get the proper permissions.

      Thanks,
      Patrick

Yes - I came here to get DirtyNUTS - but they've all gone with no warning or explanation. BAD SHOW Maxon!
Fair enough, stop hosting the plugins, but at least respect your users enough to let them know instead of us wasting time trying to find them.

I think they were lost in the most recent web site upgrade, but it might have just been a side effect rather than a conscious decision to yank them.
