      So, my first thread here. Hope i can write my question in a way you can understand it:
      I'm trying to put a Filename-variable in a in-Port of a COFFEE-Node. That Variable is called DatNam.
      The Variable is changing each frame and should change the Pathname of the Result-Picture (?) The Commands in the Coffee-Node are:
      main()
      {
      var BaseDocument = GetActiveDocument();
      var RenderData = BaseDocument -> GetFirstRenderData();
      var BaseContainer = RenderData -> GetContainer();
      BaseContainer -> SetData( RDATA_PATH, DatNam );
      RenderData -> SetContainer( BaseContainer );
      BaseDocument->Message(MSG_UPDATE);
      RenderData->Message(MSG_UPDATE);
      EventAdd();
      }
      Now it works while i'm moving the TimeSlider. No Prolems so far. BUT:
      If i want to Render the Frames, the Renderer takes only the last Pathname was written there. That's not what i want...
      Hope you can understand my question

        GetActiveDocument() will never return the render document. Even when rendering it will return the document that's active in the editor. So you would need to get at the render document. However, even if you could do that (for example using a C.O.F.F.E.E. expression instead) I'd suppose, I'm afraid, that changing the render destination *during* rendering will not work!

          thank you for the answer.
          That's bad to hear. I thought that's no problem for sure. So did i have get it in the right way: After klcking the rendebutton the document "moves away" to the rendersystem (or how it's called) and can't be changed any more?
          Now it's logic, cause you can work on the same document while it's rendering. Otherwise you could get funny results 🙂
