DWG is a proprietary format. At best, you'll need to sell your soul to AutoDesk to get permission and format specs. Right Hemisphere charges $1500 for CAD import/export using Deep Exploration. The only hope here is for Cinema 4D to purchase the rights to such support - which is available in the Engineering Bundle ($2000).
