               i've to optimize the performane of a database system which is running on Oracle. Data traffic to this system is very high but no it is working in snail speed.  what are  the available option  in Oracle to upgrade the performance of such a system?
              indexed cluster?  hashed cluster?  or any other ? PLEASE HELP
