      Hi,
does MAXON plan to install Second Level Support within the near future?

      Regards
      Peter

What is "Second Level"? The only returns on "3D Second Level" from Google have to do with AutoCAD tutorials and training.

        Just curious. 🙂

Ups, sorry if this was a bit misleading.
First Level Support is what Mikael is doing here for us, and a Second Level Support would be support for the supporter, whenever it comes to the point that Mikael cant do anything more without assistance from *the developers*.

          Regards
          Peter

Whenever Mikael doesn´t know what is going on he is asking the programmers anyway.

Exactly. Yes, Mikael goes to *the developers* either on our behalf or his own, it is assured. 🙂

You can also contact Maxon Technical support directly, but I find Mikael to be better lifeline.

I do not doubt Mikael is asking the developers. Really not!
But my understanding of support is more about getting answers, not only asking.

                Example from Mikael:
"I don't think there have been any additions in this area in R9"

Somebody who is backed up by reliable sources of information sounds different.

                Regards
                Peter
