I take it that the reason my converted images are not being saved on my Mac is because I'm using a demo version of C4D on the Mac. So, how could I possibly test my code (my commercial plugin) for veracity under this condition? And, no, I haven't made enough income to afford a full purchase. I've just barely covered the cost of CodeWarrior Pro 9!Is there any way to get a registered version of C4D for less than full price considering that I have R6, 7, 8, 8.5, and 9 on my Windows system? Remember that it has to be R8+.

Well other than downloading a pirated version you could try calling your local MAXON office and begging. You could also try sending an email to the MAXON Product Manager Marco Tillman at [email protected] explaining the situation. I'm afraid I don't have any licenses to hand out.

Sure you do, Mikael. Just give me a couple of yours!
Have considered giving Rafi a call and offering a dozen roses and dinner. It is just frustrating that there is a sidegrade offer but no crossgrade offer. Makes one feel really sorry for the bank account of someone switching platforms and using C4D 9 Studio. I can go from Cinema 4D CE 6 to C4D R9 XL at a larger cost than purchasing the base C4D R9 (?).
It is very hard to find Cinema 4D on ebay or for sale in general, and especially MacOS versions. Well, other than the constant flow of ill-marked academic versions and even someone trying to sell C4D CE 6! What a hoot!
Does Rafi like chicken, steak, or fish?
