      Hi,
Is there some good information about using threads in c4d ?
For instance: How can i implement it in a messaging system ?
What can be done with it, how to acces data in the thread etc.
The example code in the SDK is not that clear.
      anyone ?
      Thanks, Jva

Most of the current thread functionality is available in 8.1 as well. Some more recent additions are the ability to test if you are in the main thread or not with GeIsMainThread(). Otherwise everything you need will be in the c4d_thread.h header and be explained in the SDK documentation. Messaging between threads can either be done manually with mutexes (GeSpinLock() etc.) or using the various Message() functions.
