SDK plugins not loading...

Anyways, I have version 8.0 and I applied to 8.2 update from the website...
When I start up C4D, the plugins folder for SDK is not present. I tried reinstalling everything to no avail. The folder is physically there but C4D does not detect it.
What am I doing wrong? Its driving me nuts!

I'm obviously a very slow person because I seem to be the only one on the entire planet having this problem.....all my google searches for help lead to nothing. -
