    Auto Keyframe Multple Objects

      Hello All,

      I was wondering if there were a way through coffee or Xpresso to keyframe multiple object based on keyframing a single object.

      I am currently developing a system that has an xpresso expression to control an objects global rotation that is down inside of a hierarchy. An external object is controlling the global rotation of the object .

      Thing is that I am getting less than stellar performance from xpresso in this particular case.

      I have messed with calculation order and all that but still my objects act erratically. fine when I am moving them in real time but when they are stil and I scroll the time salider they twitch about. This twitching is making itself into my final renders as well.

      My idea is that if I can somehow "bake" the local coordiantes of the object inside of the hierarchy so that instead of being one step behind Xpresso's calculations it will be keyframed into the position I need it to be at at the exact frame I need it to be there.

      This way cinem will just be interpolating the rotastion of the object based on keys and will not be lagging behind with Xpresso calculations.

      So I was wondering if it were at all possible to say select the external object (the one controlling the global orientation of the object down in the hierarchy). Keyframe it and automatically keyframe the object inside of the hierarchy as well.

      This way when it came time to render The object (in this case a hand) will be exactly where I keyframed it and it's rotations will be hard recorded as keyframes..

      Make any sense?

      I have tried the selection object but it is too clumsy of a solution for what I am trynig to do. I just want the controller object to be selected and keyframed and and have a few other objects keyframed automatically when it is keyframed..
