      GetActiveBaseDraw is easy to find , but the SetActiveBaseDraw function is not so easy to find.
      BIT_ACTIVE is also not used . This is a bit odd cos BaseDraw is a member of Baselist2D. So its at the very least inconsistent with other parts  of cinema.
      so  my question is , how do I change/set  the  ActiveBaseDraw ?
