Scene loader plugin priority

I would like to create a scene loader plugin.It shoud read the *.c4d file with function LoadDocument.
The problem is that when I open a *.c4d file, my plugin is not called and the document is readed into the Cinema4D.
I would like to update only the part of the scene.
Is it possible to change the priority for the plugin, to call it before the Cinema's default scene loader?
