      Hi,
      Is there a way I can get C4D to select a tag using code?
      I would like to make it a SelectionTag becomes active in C4D via C++

      Thanks

        hi,
        sure that should be possible. just use tag->SetBit(BIT_ACTIVE); to select the tag.
        Hope that helps

          Use SetActiveTag(tag);
          That's the high-level function which will also display the tag in AM.

            yep forgot about that one. And to complete it you should also set the selection mode when using SetActiveTag for multiselections..

            SELECTION_NEW

            |
            Starts a new selection.

            ---|---

            SELECTION_ADD

            |
            Adds to the current selection.

            SELECTION_SUB

            Best
            Samir
