Renaming of Forum Categories

Dear developers,
as of today, the four main categories of the forum have been renamed. The reason for the change was an ongoing confusion about their purpose. We also added short descriptions to each category to further clarify the scope of each category. The new categories are:
- Maxon Announcements
A category for announcements made by the Maxon SDK-Team. Users are not able to create topics here but can reply to topics and vote postings in a topic. - Cinema 4D SDK
A category to discuss the Python and C++ Cinema 4D SDK and Python scripting inside Cinema 4D. All Cinema 4D SDK related question should go into this category. - Cineware SDK
A category to discuss the Cineware C++ SDK. Any Cineware C++ SDK related question should go into this category. - General Talk
A category for topics that lie outside the scope of the Cinema 4D SDK and Cineware SDK categories, as for example general algorithmic questions, questions about Python or C++ itself, and one of their third-party libraries
