          Oops, it looks like DescID isn't included in the docs. I don't know why because I remember documenting its members. But the interface is in lib_description.h and is pretty self explanatory. Just use the [] operator to access the different levels.
          (What functions did you have in mind? Normally there shouldn't be any need to decompose this ID.)
