Hello all...
how do I create a serial number?
What are the general procedures to follow? I know I can get the first 11 digits of cinema with SysGetUserInfo.. but of what actual use are these digits? Is there some way of making a serial code which will only work with a certain copy of cinema , or do we just generate our own codes regardless.... do some people use third party software?
Sorry for the many questions... -

Howdy,
Well, a simple way is to use the first 11 digits as one element in a calculation formula where the result of the calculation is your plugins serial number. Then you can compare that number to the number input by the user. If the two numbers match, then your plugin loads.
Adios,
