      Howdy,

Trying to figure out how to use the schemes to draw my own scalable elements ( to make the GUI integrate with the skin selected ). How would I go about using the skin bitmaps. Should I find in the preferences the link to the scheme selected by the user ( how do I do that? ), or are there element draw functions ( draw left upper embossed box corner )?

      Regards,
      darf

There is no supported way to use schemes. However, it would be possible by checking the file c4d_scheme.prf to locate the current scheme and then reverse-engineering the res and col files. (The c4d_scheme.prf file contains the name of the res file without the suffix and with the first character capitalized.)
