I use coffee instead of c++ because it is platform independent. I use a pc , but intend to write for mac too. I have NEVER used a mac ,so.....Are there any issues regarding files I should know about (bitmaps, text files  etc.)? Or is it generally accepted that no problems exist for an average modal dialog (with a user area) installed on both systems.....   I just need to know if I HAVE to get access to a mac (or two) to test my plugins. If it works on pc, will it work on mac?
      Cheers for any help.....

        Hi,
in theory COFFEE IS plattform independant. I used COFFEE myself at the beginning to write plugins and there have been no problems at all (I don´t have access to a MAC either). If you want to be sure get someone with a MAC to test your plugin.
