      Hi,
is there a way to register an object plugin as OBJECT_SPLINE and! OBJECT_GENERATOR and then define dynamically if the GetVirtualObjets function or the GetContour function is called?
      Thanks for any info
      Samir

No. This has been reported as a suggestion to the developers, and a workaround has been posted to make a normal generator produce splines. It is argued that this workaround might only be partial (hi darf :-), but as far as I can see it's the best we've got.
(Actually your request goes one step above the above. But currently it's impossible to get an OBJECT_SPLINE to use GetVirtualObjects(), so it doesn't matter if you can choose dynamically or not.)
