      Hi,
I'm curious if the modules you can buy for Cinema4D were created using just the SDK? or did they have access to the C4D core code
The reason why I ask is that some of the modules, like sketch and toon, and shave and haircut, seems impossible to do with the SDK.
But I have very limited knowledge of the SDK so I don't really fully understand whats its capable of

Sketch and Toon and Shave were both done purely with the CINEMA SDK (S&H; is actually still using the older XL7 SDK! of course, S&H; also uses the Shave engine library for the hair dynamics and rendering). AFAIK all other modules (except BodyPaint) are also done with the SDK.

Thanks David, thats really suprised me.
Just shows you what is actually possible with the SDK (and all this time I thought the SDK was limited 🙂 ) I can understand bodypaint not using the sdk, as thats basically a program by itself
