Get Node By Name?

Is it possible to get node by name in the material nodes?
There is a GetNode but it requires a path rather than a string.

Hi,

There is this function FindNodesByName. But there is a warning, Node (or ports) name can depend on the c4d language.

Ah gotcha. It's only available R26 onwards.
That's why I can't see something related in my R25 documentation.
