I just began with C.O.F.F.E.E and I've would know
how to use the functions of the VolumePlugin-class.
(like VolumePlugin::CalcAlpha or InitSettings() InitRender() etc.)

I suggest you check out the C++ documentation. It contains a little more information about volume shaders than the C.O.F.F.E.E. docs, though of course not everything is applicable.
