If you go to developers.maxon.net there's an icon to visit the GitHub repo for the C++ SDK. While there is a repo for Python ( https://github.com/PluginCafe/cinema4d_py_sdk ) there's no link on the developers.maxon.net homepage.

Please have a look, if it's now more as you expect it.
I added a link on the Python card, changed the GitHub links to point one level deeper to the actual C++/Python repositories and added these links to the actual pages as well.
The link to the top-level of the GitHub repository is still in the Downloads menu (as before).
