bubble help for interface palette icons

Hi - I have made a couple of scripts with the help of the knowledgeable people hanging out on this forum. A big thank you to everybody. It's been a bit of a learning curve but I'm starting to get a better grip on the Python SDK.
Unfortunately this brings me to another bit that I am unclear about. I've added the finished scripts to the C4D script folder and created icons for them. I've used the "Customize Commands" menu selection to add them to my interface and all is working well except one thing. I would like to add some text to the bubble help. Right now it just shows the name of the script twice. I would like to change that second line to contain information like the built-in items have.
Do these have to be plug-ins for that to happen?
Any pointers towards documentation would be great.
