      Hi,

I am currently in the process of updating my plugins to the R15 SDK. I have downloaded the latest Cinema 4D demo version and am trying to compile the cinema4dsdk examples using Xcode 5 on Mavericks.

Building stops with the following error:

cp: ../..//resource/_api_lib/c4dapi.py: No such file or directory
Can't open perl script "../..//resource/_api_lib//copytypeviewer.pl": No such file or directory

Which seems to be legit, since these files don't exist in the package I downloaded. Is there a solution for this?

Also: Does the R14 SDK still compile in 10.9 with Xcode5? I can't get my old projects to build currently. Is there a place to download a fresh R14 SDK?

      Thanks!

        Hi,

I get exactly the same errors and would be thankful for any help as well.

        P.S.: I am using Xcode 4.6.3

        Thanks.

I had to reinstall C4D and I am now receiving this error as well.

          Any ideas?

I fixed the issue by adding empty text files with the two missing filenames in the designated locations.  For better or worse it worked.
