Hi everyone,I have put together a little website that lists all the descriptions that Cinema4D has. The idea of this site is to help you find the IDs for the descriptions that you want to change via Python or C++ instead of having to hunt through all the resource files manually yourself.
I hope you find this site useful.
This site is just a side project for me so any updates to it may take a while.
Cheers,

You can find this resource again at dev.gamelogicdesign.com
It contains all the descriptions based on what is in the R17 Demo version of C4D.
Hope you find this useful.

Still totally useful. I come back to it every now and then and it has been a practical help whenever working with C4D descriptions (there's always something you remember existed but you haven't the slightest what it was named).
So thanks again for maintaining this excellent resource and my vote goes to including a link to it in the C4D SDK docs.

Hi Kent,
thanks a ton! Great site.
I hope you don't mind, that we refer to it in the C++ plugin programming resources thread. -

I hope you don't mind, that we refer to it in the C++ plugin programming resources thread.I don't mind at all. I will be looking at putting up some more information to complement what is being done here and on the SDK support site. I will also clean it up so that the tables don't look so ugly on smaller devices
